Recess concepted, built and brought to market an entirely new online banking platform called KeyBank myControl. Through segmentation research, Recess focused their efforts on “late-stage Millennials.” They’re a group that’s crossing major life milestones, like buying their first home, and climbing into more senior job positions. Recess led KeyBank’s Innovation Team through research, persona building, information architecture, usability testing, design and development. We built a cutting edge mobile and desktop banking platform, and developed a multitude of advertising and social campaigns, that drew an entire new world of customers into the KeyBank brand.
