Introduction
As Design Director, AJ makes award-winning creative look effortless. But his road to middle management was anything but easy. Fourth grade saw AJ stabbed in the arm with a pencil, the trauma of which almost certainly contributed to having to attend summer school five years later, followed soon after by a run-in with the law over street art. While the police saw mere vandalism, others saw sheer talent, leading AJ to study graphic design at Ohio Northern University. And the rest, as they say, well, you know what they say.
When he’s not captivating audiences with his work while helping to lead the team to victory, you’ll find AJ at his home on the near Westside or attracting the attention of security inside Cleveland Browns Stadium.
