Introduction
A self-proclaimed “lover of most things,” Leo loves two things most: leveraging data and leading people. It’s what makes him so good at building great teams, developing effective processes, and, most importantly, putting talent in a position to succeed. As a kid, Leo’s family kept up with a busy schedule by working together. On everything. As a result, Leo and his brother still can’t sit still for more than a few seconds at a time.
It’s a trait that Leo uses to his advantage in an industry he describes as “a moving target that forces you to continually learn and grow in order to stay fresh and relevant.” When he’s not paying homage to one of his favorite books like Helping People Win at Work, Leo keeps his ear to the streets by listening to new music of (almost) all genres. Just no bro country, please.
