Recess Creative is adding to our growing team of amazing and creative professionals here in Cleveland. We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist with proficiency in all facets of the social and digital ecosystem.
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning and implementing integrated social strategies for our portfolio of clients and partners in various industries. Responsibilities include overseeing content planning, social calendar building, community management, paid social & social influencer marketing for Recess. This position will assist in the development of integrated social media strategies for clients and the execution of campaigns within social channels and managing ad buys within core social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Hubspot, etc.and the collection of data to continually recommend KPIs, ROI & perform ongoing media optimization. This position will work to constantly evaluate and streamline all products, tools, and social processes for the agency.
Technical Skills
- 2+ years' experience working in social media strategy and execution
- Experience performing community management for professional brands within a variety of businesses and industries
- Experience maintaining paid social advertising bid strategies, execution and budget management
- Proficiency in building integrated social media plans
- Must love and be curious about social data analytics
- Efficient in content creation in multiple tones and voices
- Experience with social media data, analytics and tracking tools
- Experience in Meltwater and HubSpot a plus
- Well versed in the Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Professional client communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
- Ability to proactively organize daily tasks
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
