About You:
- You possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or are on track to graduate)
- You have a strong analytical mind and a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Google Suite) and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- You love process tools and technologies like Jira
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- You're a natural problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy You love solving technology challenges
What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and document process flowcharts and user stories
- Assist with creating and maintaining business process documentation
- Support with data analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and metrics
- Test, break, and analyze technology processes
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
