Since our move to remote work in 2020, we’ve been constantly battling the benefits and downfalls of collaborating virtually and in person. We missed the collabs, brainstorms, and TGI4s. But, we didn’t miss traffic, long days away from our families and germs. We learned how there are so many positives to experiences remotely and IRL.
This year, we decided to try out the best of both worlds. A hybrid approach where we bookend our weeks remotely to ease in and ease out into the weekend. It’s our philosophy to do the best work that we can, and we want to provide an environment where we can be efficient both at home, on the road, or on the corner of 9th and Huron.
The approach, we believe, will help foster more face time and less, well, FaceTime. So think of this as an open invitation to check us out in person for a game of ping pong, an indoor bocce challenge, a brainstorming session, or a cheeseball eating contest. Free snacks are back!
